IFS Psychedelic Integration Therapy in Oregon & Washington

Heal from the Inside Out with Internal Family Systems (IFS)–Informed Psychedelic Integration

Psychedelic experiences can open doors to deep insight, emotional release, and spiritual connection. But without skilled support, it can be difficult to make sense of what you experienced — or bring the lessons into everyday life. I offer Internal Family Systems (IFS)–informed psychedelic integration therapy for individuals in Oregon and Washington, helping you integrate safely, gently, and at your own pace.

IFS therapy honors the truth that we all carry many “parts” within us — protective parts, wounded parts, and wise inner resources. Through compassionate curiosity and nervous-system-aware guidance, integration therapy helps you build a relationship with these parts so that the insights from psychedelic work become grounded, embodied, and transformative.

What Is Psychedelic Integration Therapy?

Psychedelic integration is the process of:

  • Making meaning from your experience

  • Supporting emotional and nervous system regulation

  • Staying connected to your body and intuition

  • Translating insights into aligned life changes

  • Healing trauma and long-held patterns with care

Whether your experience felt expansive, confusing, overwhelming, or deeply healing, integration therapy creates a safe container to explore it thoughtfully and responsibly.

I do not provide or supply psychedelic substances. My role is to support individuals who have already had — or are preparing for — psychedelic experiences through legal, ethical, therapeutic care.

Why Internal Family Systems (IFS)?

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a gentle, trauma-informed therapy model that views the psyche as made up of many inner parts — each with a positive intention, even if their strategies no longer serve you. Psychedelic work often brings these parts into clearer awareness.

IFS integration therapy can help you:

  • Understand inner voices, emotions, and memories that surfaced

  • Bring compassion rather than judgment to your parts

  • Release shame, fear, or stuck protective patterns

  • Access your inner Self — the calm, wise core within you

  • Create lasting inner harmony instead of temporary insight

This approach respects your autonomy and inner wisdom. You are never pushed or analyzed — instead, we move at the pace of safety and self-connection.

Who Is Psychedelic Integration Therapy For?

IFS-based psychedelic integration therapy may be supportive if you:

  • Want to prepare emotionally and psychologically for a psychedelic experience

  • Have completed a psychedelic journey and want support in integrating it

  • Experienced confusion, lingering discomfort or fear after a psychedelic experience

  • Feel like “something opened up” internally and need grounding

  • Are exploring spirituality, consciousness, or identity

  • Are seeking growth, healing, or deeper self-understanding

Clients include first-time explorers, experienced practitioners, and individuals working in ceremonial, clinical, or personal contexts.

What Psychedelic Integration Therapy Looks Like

Together, we may explore:

  • Parts work and Self-energy connection

  • Meaning-making and narrative integration

  • Grounding and nervous-system regulation

  • Emotion processing and gentleness toward activated parts

  • Embodiment practices

  • Real-life application of insights

Our work centers on safety, curiosity, and honoring your system.
